Our standard collection time is from 2pm on the day of your hire ⌚ 

We have a team of 5 people who will be preparing your motorhome before collection as it will have most likely been out on an adventure the night before 🧳 

If you select an earlier collection, we can draught in an extra couple of bodies to turn things around quicker to let you be on your way sooner 🏃‍♂️ 

*DISCLAIMER: We aim to commit to the earlier collection time providing your motorhome is returned on time with no damage by the previous hirer 🤕 Should the condition of a returning motorhome lead us to believe we can no longer honour the 12.30pm collection [A situation we'd hate to be in, but ultimately outwith our control! 😢] we will contact you as soon as this is know to prevent you turning up too early 🕧 Of course, the £30 fee you've paid for the earlier collection will be returned on top of your Security Deposit return 💰 Please do be aware that the Motorhome Induction can take up to one hour, so do have this factored into your travel plans 👌

ADDITIONAL DRIVER + £30 Per Driver

We can insure two drivers as standard, subject to our normal driving criteria 📜

If you want to spread the driving load even further, then we can add a 3rd and even a 4th driver for £25 a driver 👌

AIRPORT TRANSFER

If you are flying in from overseas or further afield, we can save you the hassle of finding a reputable & reliable taxi company by hooking you up with a company local to us 🤙

They are located directly opposite our yard - how convenient! 😉

CHILD SEAT + £25 Per Hire

Arriving from overseas or by public transport? 🤔

Or even just wanting a quick transfer from your motor to ours? 😊

We can save you the hassle of transporting your own child car seats by providing these for you 👌

Our car seats are Joie Stage 0+/1/2 Child Car Seats from Halfords which suit from birth (rearward facing) or forward facing up to 7 years old 🧒

PLEASE NOTE: Our motorhomes DO NOT have ISOFIX points 🚫

EXTRA DOG + £25 Per Hire

As dog lovers ourselves, we know it's important that the pooch can GO Forth! too 🐕

We're confident that our motorhomes are cleaned to an impeccable standard between hires, but to ensure the comfort of other quests who may have allergies, we always bring in an extra pair of hands to doubly ensure the absolute cleanlinesss you would have experienced 🧹

This small fee covers the costs of additional cleaning to return our motorhome to showroom condtion 🧼

PLEASE NOTE: We consider that 2 Dogs = 1 Person so please factor this when choosing your size of motorhome as we need to do our best to ensure that our customers aren't travelling over the motorhomes designed payload 🏋️‍♀️ All our motorhomes accept pets, except Sandy 😻 as she's allergic to pets 😷

FUEL REFILL SERVICE + £15 Per Hire*

To help you have save time on the morning of your return, we can take care of filling up the diesel after your return ⛽ 

This is a great option for those travelling back from further afield to save time or those who simply want to save time on their return journey 🚌

*PLEASE NOTE: The cost of the fuel required to fill the tank is deducted from your Security Deposit return.

HALBEATH PARK & RIDE TRANSFER + £12.50 Each Way

If you are arriving by public transport, or via the Jet 747 Bus Service from Edinburgh Airport, we can help save you time on the final leg of your journey by picking you up from Halbeath Park & Ride! 🎣 

TOILET CHEMICALS + £2.50 per sachet

We supply you with 2 x Aqua Kem Green Sachets per hire; one already made up in the toilet cassette and a spare sachet for when you need to replenish during your hire 🚽

Chemical sachets can last up to 4 days, or until you need to empty your 18 litre cassette 🚮

Additional toilet chemicals can be bought from some of the bigger campsites, but not necessarily in small quanities, so purchasing extra chemicals before you GO Forth! can quite prove cost effect because they aren't cheap! 💸

Although some people aim to use campsite toilets where possible, most prefer the convenience of their own toilet (especially if the camp facilities are questionable 👀 or you expect you use the toilet more when travelling i.e. travelling with kids 🧒) so it's probably worth the small cost upfront to expand your options 👌 

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we discard any unused toilet chemicals sachets so cannot refund you for any unused sachets. The toilet cassette should be returned to us emptied and rinsed out [No Chemicals added] as they are already rinsed & bleached between hires 🧼

TOILET PAPER + £2.50 per roll

Toilet Cassettes require a special type of toilet paper to be used as the internal moving parts of the mechanism can easily break if 'normal' toilet paper is used 🤕

Normal toilet paper does not dissolve in the same manner as specialised toilet cassette paper and could clog/break the internal mechanisms which could lead to a replacement cassette cost of over £140 😬

We provide every hire with 2 rolls of Thetford Aqua Soft toilet roll 🧻 

If you expect to use the motorhome toilet more than campsite facilities, or are travelling with children, you might find it cost-effective to purchase an extra roll or two as they can be elusive to find in small quantities when you are out and about 🚗

TRAIN STATION TRANSFER + £6 Each Way

Planning to arrive in Cowdenbeath by Choo Choo? 🚂 We're a half hour walk away from the train station, but we can cut down your journey time significantly by arranging to pick you up! 🚖

James would love nothing more than to down tools for a week and take care of all your driving needs 🚗

Do be aware though that he's a master motorhome driver, so he knows to steer clear of all the potholes and keep the journey nice and smooth 🤏

You'd likely fall asleep and miss all of the scenery! 😴
